Refund & Exchange Policy

Kingdom Music will accept returns of any faulty goods and offer a full refund or replacement in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Kingdom Music will accept for exchange any goods unopened, unused, in the original packing, and in original condition within 14 days of purchase.
